Super Leaders International...
Super Leaders International is registered as a Non-Governmental Organisation with the Rivers State Government of Nigeria under the Ministry of Youth, Employment and Economic Empowerment [MYEE/YD/20/S.5585]. This humanitarian Organisation was borne out of a deep concern and burden by a Nigerian Couple [Rev Elisha and Rev Mrs Adorable Agaba Eddie] to equip LEADERS who have a burning desire to achieve their worthwhile goals but lack some technical expertise and the resources to do so. Super Leaders International is established to build and groom a new generation of leaders who are well prepared to face the challenges of the present times and are able to contribute their best to the development and mentoring of leaders and emerging young leaders and to thrash the menace of violence, mediocrity and decadence in leadership.
Historical Information/ Background
Super Leaders International was conceived in 2005 during the John Maxwell Leadership Training held in Port Harcourt. It is a Divine Mandate to reach out to those that matter in the society with applied sound ethical principles of Leadership with a view to establish a new generation of Leaders who do not play the Blame-Game when Challenges arise. The initial activities of SLI were held in Rev Elisha Agaba Eddie's sitting room in Port Harcourt with four participants (members of his prayer team) on January 26, 2006.
The passion was to wave the costs associated to trainings that kept many leaders away from the great insightful lectures offered at the John Maxwell One million leaders mandate workshop. The Founder/Executive President observed that though the Workshop was on air (Courtesy of Radio Nigeria Treasure 98.5 FM), yet the turn out was not so encouraging probably because of the registration fee. It was at this point that he received the vision and mandate to use his investments to start up a Leadership Training Organisation for Leaders of religious and secular organisations free of charge. Super Leaders International is the product of that vision and mandate! Super Leaders therefore must be selfless with a consuming passion to raise other leaders after them for continuity.
The major tool to achieving our aims/objectives faster shall be by conferencing and workshops. Each of our conferences and workshops shall be a Capacity Building Forum bringing together leaders from the academia, political world, religious circle and secular organisations from across Nigeria and by extension, the international world. b. Each Conference/Workshop shall focus on particular issues of leadership finding out how leaders are affected and how each leader can be actively involved in effectively handling these challenges to create and restore dignity and sanity to the leadership. The theme of each Conference/ Workshop usually addresses major issues related to growth, integrity, relationship and continuity in leadership. Each Conference/ Workshop therefore focuses on specific Leadership issue[s] aimed at developing and sanitising the Leadership.

Objectives

[2] To organise workshops and conferences for ...Leaders of Religious and Secular Organisations;
[3] To train and recommend Leaders for higher levels of responsibility;
[4] To facilitate effective/cordial interpersonal relationship among Leaders;
[5] To groom a new generation of Leaders with mental alertness to take up Leadership roles in society;
[6] To promote and integrate Leaders in efforts towards sustainable economic development; and
[7] To work with relevant groups with a view to promoting healthy relationships among leaders for a strong team work culminating in unparallel growth in business.
